We collect nationwide. Collection within the M25 has a fixed fee shown in the written quotation; collection elsewhere is quoted for the postcode and load. A container quote is tailored to the cargo and route; the box calculator does not price a dedicated container.

How the shipment is arranged

We review the inventory and confirm whether a 20-foot or 40-foot container or another freight service is suitable and available. We then explain the UK collection or delivery-to-depot arrangement, loading plan, documents required, estimated sailing and the agreed destination handover. Container size, loading site, free time and included charges are confirmed in the quote, not assumed.

Is door-to-door delivery included?

Only if your written quote explicitly includes it. Port release, customs clearance, duties, local delivery and any additional handling should be checked before booking.

Can I ship a car or commercial stock?

Tell us exactly what you want to send. Vehicle acceptance, documentation and loading arrangements must be assessed individually; certain goods may be restricted or need permits.

When will my container arrive?

Departure and arrival estimates depend on the chosen route and may change. Check the current sailing information with our team, and leave time for UK collection and customs formalities.
