How to prepare your enquiry

Send the make, model, year, engine size, approximate length, width, height and weight, plus photographs. Tell us whether the motorcycle starts, rolls and has keys. Include your UK postcode, preferred Caribbean handover area and any onward delivery address.

We will confirm whether the proposed service requires crating or another approved securing method, how the battery and fuel should be handled, and whether accessories can travel with the bike. Do not pack loose belongings with it until we confirm acceptance and declaration requirements.
